East Bay Chem-Dry is a family owned and operated franchise. Craig's parents originally owned East Bay Chem-Dry which ran its first truck in 1977. When Craig's parents retired, Craig purchased the company in 1986. Craig expanded the original franchise of Central Contra Costa County to include East Contra Costa County in 1995, and Benicia and Vallejo in 2000.

Craig has been cleaning carpets since 1977! He grew up in Moraga California and attended the University of Utah where he studied business. He is married and has three sons.

Linda manages East Bay Chem-Dry. She grew up in Concord California and went to the University of California, Berkeley where she got a degree in biology. Linda's chemistry background has come in handy with the Chem-Dry business...if you really want to know about heat, pH and cleaning solutions ask Linda. She and Craig raised three sons who occasionally help in the business when they're not playing video games...

Shane has worked at our company starting in high school and continuing during summer and holiday breaks while he was in college studying film. Shane works as a technician and in the office. Smart and friendly, it's no wonder his gang of friends at UCSB nicknamed him "Big Daddy Shane."

Chuck Wooten has been with our company for 12 years! He is married, owns a home in our area and has two dogs and so he's well aquainted with almost every kind of carpet and pet problem around!

Mark Walker has been with our company for ten years. Mark grew up in Walnut Creek and has worked for Chem-Dry East Bay in between trips to Utah for skiing adventures. He's a lover of all kinds of sports and spends his spare time with friends and jake his black lab.

Troy La Fontaine grew up in the Bay Area and has been married since 1987. He has two children, two cats and one dog. Troy loves old western movies and going to concerts and sporting events with his life long friend, Chuck (which is how we "found" Troy!!).

Rafi Benbenishti is our Business Development Manager. He has over 15 years' experience in customer care and is married and lives in Contra Costa County. If you have questions about the Chem-Dry method and how it can enhance your property's value, extend the life of your carpeting and its appearance, call Rafi. As a bonus, Rafi is fluent in Hebrew, and is pretty good in Spanish too!

Michael Kennedy is a graduate of Ygnacio Valley High School and grew up around the corner from the Wileys! He started helping with the business when he and his two sisters were recruited by Linda to help put labels on mailers. Michael began as a helper on commercial jobs as a teenager and is now a full time carpet cleaning technician. Of course we all call him by his real name, "Mikey."

Zach Wiley is a graduate of De La Salle High School and attends Diablo Valley College. Like Shane, Zach was recruited at a young age in the family business and works in the office and in the field cleaning. Zach likes video games and loves his dog Star!

Last but not least, Dylan Wiley is the youngest Wiley now working as a tech at Chem-Dry! Dylan attends Diablo Valley College and spends his spare time playing with his dog Star and playing video games.
